Mr. Rodney P. Hunt is announcing his plan to raise $10,000,000.00 dollars in debt financing from a top bank to capitalize BTDG.PK and begin its restructuring.  As part of Mr. Hunt's BTDG.PK re-launch strategy, he is organizing a capitalization plan to prepare B2 Digital for its course to list on a major exchange. The capital will be used to obtain an audit from a top accounting firm and to fund operations expenses for the company and its subsidiaries. He will be looking to build a solid team and re-establish BTDG as a growth firm in the investment community. Mr. Hunt is preparing to reach out to BTDG shareholders in the coming weeks and will be holding an investor webinar to layout the scope of his plan in the coming weeks.
