That is how they quantify his measly pay check. Ignore his posts and he cannot earn more money. Mention is his name or reply to him and he will use to claim a few dollars (literally).
The life of a paid basher! miserable tiny men that have hit rock bottom and will do just about anything to earn a buck. Hiding behind a dated computer or old smart phone, justifying his existence one post at a time.
The only that we all love to hate is about to get hit with a shit storm of legal bills and have his day in court. I really hope its a jury trial where hard working people will judge his behavior.
