Unfortunately seems like they don't want to do anything that would cost them money . They keep MMG on the hook for a bit to get a unofficial PR because a real one would cost 500 $ . State multiple time that they will meet with them than cancel . Financials and OTC haven't been updated , still has Joel as CEO ,even though you can put whatever you like on there as we found out from the past and not be held accountable. IMO if thing don't happen shortly this ticker is and will be no better off than we were before the takeover. Don't under stand why you would take over a shell and not do anything with it . They could spend some money and get that back plus with something provable as I'm sure they didn't pay much to take this company over .
