Like every move so far, most will look at those 4M .0009s waiting for someone else to make the first move until at some point one of the whales decides to take all the .0009s and .0010s at a time of their choosing and everyone is back to having to pay .0011 at the last minute having lost all ability to out trade those that bought at .001.
It happened on every run so far this year whether it was the last of the .0003s and .0004s on the 1st one, the last of the .0004s and .0005s on the 2nd one or the last last of the .0008s and .0009s on the most recent one.
Those with enough shares to last through to March 2018 can just sit back and relax and be ready to trade at leisure in a calm manner.
