Like Mr. Zecca said, they couldn't give paper away at first. Now they sell their waste paper. You really think the same thing won't happen to plastic once it is used to produce a valuable commodity like fuel? What planet are you living on?
I didn't say it would happen immediately. It will depend on how successful the P2O industry is and how quickly.
