Many of us got burned on another Patrick Cox pick, NNVC. NNVC has been in existence much longer than IPIX, yet it hasn't managed to bring its drug to a single clinical trial. They constantly find excuses to delay a trial. Typically, they say that they're developing a drug for a certain disease (e.g., Ebola or influenza) -- then, after months go by, there is some reason why they can't go ahead and do a clinical trial. The Ebola epidemic is over! It's not flu season!
This is why it's so disgusting to me that some of the bashers have tried to tarnish Leo Ehrlich because of his very brief and evidently very UN-amicable parting of the ways with NNVC.
Look at how he has brought 3 totally different drugs to multiple clinical trials, having spent very little money on this.
It is also ludicrous for a purported shareholder to try to take credit for Mr. Ehrlich's accomplishments. He has earned and deserves all credit for having gotten this company to this point, despite hostile attacks from short sellers and baby bashers.
To me, seeing noretreat throw in the towel means that now at least two of the traders' gangs have gone long. Rocket launch could be at any time, though I think September or October is more likely than now -- but you never know.
