We are now producing both red and green cadmium-free quantum dots using our high-volume reactors that meet a very high specification level in terms of quantum yield and full width half max values. It is my belief that we must remain laser focused on moving the Company to revenues first and foremost.
To this end, we are moving rapidly to have our red and green cadmium-free quantum dot materials incorporated into a finished QD film product with several qualified value added film processing groups that we are currently working with. One of the primary decisions made when I returned was to further this number of optoelectronic-capable film partners we are working with in order to maximize our capability of enter the market through multiple channels.

March 2017 Optimization of Red QD in Flow Initiated
So in March they told us that the dots met very high specifications and that they were moving toward having these dots incorporated in to films.
But they also indicated that they were initiating further optimization of the red dots.
Today they announced "that it has achieved near 100% quantum yield efficiency" and that the "Quantum Materials Corp's pure red (630nm) cadmium-free quantum dots offer the highest photon conversion efficiency in the industry".
So it sounds to me that they were successful in completing the optimization process that they started in March, and can now deliver even more efficient red dots to the film makers.
