btw .. i should note that if NR *cant* break PTOI for this upcoming round
(Q due to be filed *shortly*) .. then it will be interesting to see what *efforts*
get undertaken next .. because sans *news* of the material events filed b4
next 2 known dates .. November's Q filing and EO December for MOU version 2
.. i would expect NRs' classic *effort* of SMB *tax loss* selling @ EOY would see some *effort*
