OTTV I see this lower volume as a great sign. I know others do not, but imo this is showing the notes are done diluting over the past 2-3 months (like CEO said would happen) because the massive amount of volume was mainly L2 cross trading and swapping shares with each other. Now we move sideways until MMs let it run. If we move sideways on low retail volume and cross trades... then it will only do one of two things from here... skyrocket... or the bottom will completely fall out. My vote... is it will sky rocket past .0065 the next time we pop. I just hope this is one of the times my crystal ball works for me.
