Any stock can go into a reverse or forward split.
So yes to the first question. Water is wet so to speak.
Will it? What are we fortune tellers? However it is highly unlikely at this time. Why? There is no need to reverse split. The company has plenty of cash on hand to cover expenses for a coupe years at their current burn rate, and the OS is less than 1/3rd of the AS. By what lofic does anyone RS on these conditions?
Lastly there is compensation. The execs in this company are not being paid massive salaries. They are being given shares. They have more to lose in a RS then you do.
Now to just about everyone who can read a filing, they are not worried about a RS. (Or they shouldn't be.)
So go read the filings, apply some basic logic and ask yourself if a RS is coming anytime soon.
