Failed to pay his vendors.
Failed to hold an AGM, which he claimed he would do.
Key word in all of this FAILED.
What happened to the 600k his two friends gave the company? Why don't shareholders know? Why doesn't the CEO want to LET his shareholders know?
Where did the millions he loaned the company to? Shouldn't the owners of the company know the specifics?
Why are we supposed to trust Heddle??? Has he earned it?
The focus should be on the companies failure to execute. That's the only issue. Everything else is just diverting and deflecting.
