Yes, always something over there. Something I found interesting, why wouldn't one want to know about family members that are getting gifted shares. Leo's son for instance. Do any of you know him? Doubt he was at the shareholder meeting. Would have been nice to see a form 4 showing him buying a chunk to go along with his gift.

I have my opinion about the guy. The good part is, the transaction was long enough ago that if he did sell, he's out by now. But, correct me if I'm wrong, wouldn't he have to file something to be able to sell? I hope one day to be in a position to "gift" but I'm not there yet.
