VNDM
VNDM is not a retail market maker.
VNDM is not showing all shares available (per the norm).
This means only larger organizations with a large sum of money can use him to buy or sell shares, and some larger organization is using him to short.
No real people are actually selling VNDM
Market makers such as VNDM and VFIN will often sell massive amounts of shares at a certain price level (dilution), hindering the stock from going up.
