The share price is dead in the water... UNLESS...
1. SOMEONE can PROVE with Documentation....AND files a LAWSUIT against the "colluding entities".....VIA THE SEC..........as to the SUGGESTED ILLEGAL NAKED SHORT POSITION....and can PROVE beyond a shadow of a doubt that PTOI has been illegally naked shorted...otherwise.. 4. Change out Management
5. Move the Beast forward.....IN SOME TANGIBLE WAY!
