GREENSBORO, N.C., Aug. 08, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Qorvo ^® (Nasdaq: QRVO ), a leading provider of innovative RF solutions that connect the world, today announced that all proposals at Qorvo’s 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders were approved by the stockholders.

At the Annual Meeting, Qorvo’s stockholders: (1) Elected 11 directors to serve a one-year term; (2) Approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers; (3) Reapproved the Company’s 2012 Stock Incentive Plan, for purposes of Section 162(m) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended; and (4) Ratified the appointment of KPMG LLP as Qorvo’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018.
