States QMC is working with 5 separate Flim Groups, (Cabal) and several Groups that have shown interest in improving the
color gamut of LCD flat panel displays using Alternative Technologies.
The example used is China-based BOE Technology Group . He goews on to say that current film developed w/film partners will
meet or exceed parameters given by BOE.

May: BOE Technology Shows First Working Emissive QLED Screens at DisplayWeek 2017
A representative from BOE told OLED.net that “QLED display improves its reliability by using inorganic matters for existing OLED structure instead of organic matters, featuring better color gamut than OLED. 100% inkjet printing-based QLED is better in terms of manufacturing cost saving and large scale, compared to deposition-based OLED.”
Notably, BOE used inkjet technology to produce these panels, which is supposed to have long term advantages in terms of cost and manufacturing scale versus the deposition method currently used to create OLED panels.

May 23 , (coincidence?) Quantum Materials Corp (OTCBB:QTMM) today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted Quantum Materials Corp Patent # 9577149 for the continuous synthesis of high quantum yield InP/ZnS nanocrystals.
“We have begun continuous-flow volume production of high-efficiency blue quantum dots that we believe will play an important role in the future of quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QD-LEDs). Prior to this point, blue quantum dots exhibited unfavorable energy levels in comparison to red and green quantum dots with respect to device efficiency,”
In addition, renowned analyst group Gartner, Inc. has named Quantum Materials as one of five 2017 Cool Vendors in 3D Printing for the Company’s solution to the problem of counterfeit 3D printed parts – embedding light-emitting quantum dots in 3D printing plastic resins for product identification that is nearly impossible to counterfeit.

.....think about timelines and when we actually find out about stuff. 1,000 hrs is ~42 Days the + would put it prior July
The statement from SS on May 23 was that continuous flow of high-efficiency Blue QDs had begun.
