Just running numbers on a spread sheet using guestimate of where the shorts sold, where the price is now, events that are coming, and just a general feel for the price and I’m saying that their sweet spot is right around here to recover. I used different scenarios shorting it down to .60 (which I’d love to see because I like buying cheap shares) but the risk for them is totally out of whack shorting below a buck because they would have to do more shares (THEY SHORT SHARES, WE INVEST DOLLARS, MORE SHARES FOR LESS DOLLARS BELOW A BUCK )and would no doubt have a hard time and incur too much risk recovering under a buck. IT WILL KEEP POPPING UP ABOVE A DOLLAR AND IT WOULD BE AN ENDLESS CYCLE OF THE SHORTS SELLING CHEAP BORROWED SHARES (TO US) UNTIL THE SHARES AVAIABLE TO THEM RUNS OUT (unless there is something negative that comes out, but they have recently derisked this science). DO NOT FORGET, AT SOME TIME THE HAVE TO BUY AND REPLACE THOSE BORROWED SHARES Pretty much their best bet at this level is to try and scare folks, in other words 50k shares shorted at $1.60 and recovered at $1.10 nets them a little less than $25k (carrying and trade costs). But 50k shares shorted at .90 and recovered at $1.10 costs them a little more than $10k (plus carrying and trade costs) which offsets the initial short.
And at low numbers resistance is MUCH higher. 50k shares cost a long $80k at $1.60 but only $45k at 90 cents. They do shares we invest dollars. I love buying this under a dollar.
The risk of announcing a partnership is a very real possibility and could very quickly lock in a Higher number, even at 2 Bucks they would be instantly damaged, Let alone 5 Bucks). Remember there is in fact an unannounced packaging partner working with Lightwave for 90 days now, and if you listen to Lebby when he announced it he says something like “On Track” to announce the partnership.
A Cheap Plastic that takes the Electrons from the silicon and imbeds data in a fixed laser beam, just like the starship enterprise switching to Warp Drive. Lightwave material can scale in size, speed and cost. While it has been a long road, We are almost there. The Google/Facebooks/IBM/Intel’s of the world cannot afford to ignore this, they are sitting on too much cash without a solution and numerous HUGE problems facing them.
In the end the shorts Have To Recover or continue to Rent the shares and pay the holders. Too Much Risk with every day that passes. Common Sense, Lebby and Leonberger are Super connected, mark my words.
