Re: Bhawks #1255
Hawks, let's go back 20 years. These same people that now support genetically modified mosquitoes and salmon are the exact same people that did not want to build a new dam in California because it might kill some rare bug. These same people three years ago in California wanted to keep the dams flowing in spite of them getting empty because of the drought because of a a rare fish in the Sacramento river they did not want extinct.

Now these same people want a genetically modified mosquitoes that will kill the other mosquitoes and bigger salmon that might kill all the natural salmon. No turning back to nature once it is destroyed.

I am saying these people are saying don't mess with the environment, then they mess with it and no long term testing, same people. Democrats or Republican, we should all be having the chit scared out us with and with this situation. The only rational voice from the left comes from Robert Kennedy Jr. Bernie Sanders, Obama, and Trump all campaigned against GMO's, Obama and Trump switched sides immediately after being elected. , Bernie, he may still be opposed. There may be others, but Kennedy is the most vocal.

Isn't it interesting that Democrats who used to hate big business making billions of dollars are now their cheerleaders?
