Where I believe our management needs to improve is in communicating with investors in clearly understandable language.
It's my belief that when the corporation stated that certain products are "Market Ready" investors understand it as meaning they're ready to market the product. On the other hand, the company's meaning may be that they now have commercial manufacturing capability that meets the requirements of authorities such as the FDA for commercial sales. If this were a traditional biotech, this would be a major step as such manufacturing capability often requires a major investment. OWCP with it's alliance with Emilia has established a source for commercial product, so they've accomplished this step with no up front cost.
I'm not saying this is the case, I'm saying they are not communicating clearly, and that we as investors have taken market ready as meaning it could be marketed virtually any day. Perhaps this too is correct, but only if they wanted to market the product as a cosmetic or nutraceutical with no real proof of efficacy. Again, many believed that this is what they were planning to do, in spite of the fact the company never said so.
Personally I hope they intend to do something that's in between full government approval and no real proof whatsoever. Something roughly the equal of a small Phase 2 trial should demonstrate efficacy, but isn't close to the amount of data required by the FDA or other governments agencies to grant full approval. Yes, they could market as a cosmetic or nutraceutical, but they would have trials based data that demonstrated the benefits of the products. This is what I believe they could achieve with the trials which Mediq described, which could be done in 3 to 6 months.
