That is fair. If shareholders knew the remaining number, at least they could get an idea of the burden left. However, they would also need some confirmation on how the company plans on buying back shares or reducing the OS along with the remaining preferreds to convert. So far, the company has not recorded and shares bought back but we are told SI is accumulating. That does shareholders no good as those shares are not set to be retired and can be dumped back in the market at any time (after they file). Bill was talking about buyback in 2015 and 2016 and James was talking about well under a billion OS in under a year in last year's conference call. We are a just a tad over that target and a tad under his penny PPS target. Not much. Just a tad.
