That's a bit of appropriate sardonic humor.
There's a reason why PTOI has announced continuous delays and excuses for over eight years...but it's not because they have bad luck over and over and over and over again. If PTOI's site isn't built over an old native american burial ground then the next likely reason for all the delays is outright fraud. As PTOI has been highly deceptive, dishonest and misleading throughout its existence, that's not a stretch for the imagination.
If the accounting fraud charges and Mr. Heddle's withholding information about the plant being out of commission weren't enough red flags, the math on the price of scrap plastic vs. the price of petro-derived fuels strongly backs up the 'fraud' argument.
There would be no reason for an honest company with a legitimately valuable product to constantly lie to and mislead investors.
