Gman3, that was not an accurate statement from you.
Since the 3rd, there has been only a couple removed posts by "mods" (and those were by our favorite sociopath, pumperstumper); the entire load being carried by i hub Admin (except for a couple I snagged this morning).
Some posters will never get it through their head that i hub will not let the posts get "personal". When you start attacking the poster, and not the post, you will always get deleted. If you do not "appreciate" what someone has to say, attack the issue; leave the poster out of the argument. This is where i hub will always win. This is no secret.
I understand the urge to rip the head off those who find glee in other's pain, but the playing field over in i hub belongs to i hub. I hub owns the venue, bases, bat, ball, and all seating. I am sure they also own a player or two (along with their managers) but there is nothing you or I can do to alter the rules of a game we don't own.
If you wish to play, you have to abide by their rules; like it or not.
