Accelerated lifetime testing of led-chips...
...in answer to a thread on the other board , there are various recognized techniques for accelerated testing , as opposed to growing old while waiting. I reckon their are probably some extrapolated correlation tables to be found somewhere on the web, but I neither have the time or inclination to hunt it down...these resources may provide some idea:
