upside down and landed in the yard."
The first officer on scene found Jason Brown "hung up in the seat belt and was kind of wedged in. Allan climbed into the car thinking that it was a personal injury accident" and then "heard several gunshots, 10 to 12, and after a lull heard 2 to 3 more gunshots."
Another witness told police she saw Allan "trying to assist the driver still inside of the vehicle" and "observed the driver point a gun at the officer and began firing multiple shots as the officer tried to crawl away."
The document lays out where the bullets struck and reveals Allan suffered as many as 14 gunshot wounds all over his body. Paramedics rushed Allan to the hospital, but document shows Allan “was pronounced dead at 3:25 pm Thursday." The coroner later updated to say that Allan had been shot 11 times.
