3 possibilities at this point only 1 of which good

Lets call this the GOOD , BAD, and UGLY options.
GOOD> HHSE puts out another official update in a few days
likely just after the Q report within 2 weeks and gives another
timeline the CRIM filings will be officially filed and they
actually DO GET FILED within that timeline and the
MERGER goes forward from there. Everyone happy again.
BAD> HHSE puts out another official update in a few days
likely just after the Q report within 2 weeks and gives another
timeline the CRIM filings will be officially filed, BUT THAT
TIMELINE comes and goes with NO CRIM filings again
and HHSE makes up another excuse why they didn't get
done and puts out yet another timeline which no one will
believe in at that point.
UGLY> Something has gone terribly wrong with this
MERGER involved in not being able to get the CRIM
filings officially filed for possibly MANY MONTHS yet or maybe
NEVER in which case HHSE will be stuck in the .005-.02
range indefinitely like it was for years before this MERGER
possibility came along..
