I have invested in many pre-revenue bio techs and I can tell you that I have not seen one that has come through on time lines on their trial results. It's the nature of the game.
As far as ENDV goes, I have friend that has invested in a PP here and he speaks w/ Mr. Mann weekly. While he is very guarded in what he says, I can tell w/ 100% certainty that he is buying the shares on the open market w/ his own money. Look at the filings for the Executive compensation here. These guys aren't padding their bank accounts thru large salaries. Also, look at their qualifications...these guys know what they are doing. Mr. Mann is loading shares for his family. He already owns 20 plus million shares and is loading more each and every week......
The conspiracy theories around why he is adding are beyond ridiculous. He purposely adds in small increments because HE DOESN'T WANT TO ARTIFICIALLY INFLATE THE PPS.
If his intention was to inflate the PPS by filing Form 4's, he would've abandoned that strategy months ago or certainly changed his startegy on the amounts he purchases w/ each buy because it obviously hasnt worked.....look at the price points he has bought at this year.
Step away for a minute and put yourself in his shoes. If he was buying shares by propping up the PPS w/ huge ask slaps, the other members of the Executive Team would be lighting his ass up......he wants as many shares as he can get w/out disrupting the normal flow of trading so he is not called into question. He doesn't care if it's .10 or .02 he WANTS MORE SHARES!!!!
