FYI, from the most recent quarterly filing in May: " LIGA also commenced acquisition of BGTV Direct LLC in March 2017 and completed the acquisition in April 2017. This acquisition will be used as a media arm to support the overall Company mission and will bring a significant revenue stream that will be posted in second quarter report."
