If Prurisol costs $1-2 Billion to get to market for psoriasis, why not have the worldwide insurance companies and govt agencies that have to pay for psoriasis chip in a lot of those costs and then the product could be sold for a very cheap amount compared to the companies having to charge ungodly amounts to make back their investments?
Prurisol would be saving worldwide amounts in the $10B+ range (PER YEAR) so why not repay a measly $1-2B so drug could be sold cheaply?
