Good questions and here is my analysis of them

1. I don't think it has any bearing on people sitting out for distributorships.
Why? It's about opportunity and being able to get on the ground floor of a
potential life/job altering situation. Here people get an outstanding product/products
to work with and an exclusive territory. Look at most franchise, and that never happens. I put being dark into this category as well. Whether HJOE is public
or private, it doesn't change the opportunity for a person to get in and have
an exclusive on retail and F.R. In their comminity.
2. Yes, it will have an affect on a lot things. The new dealer program, on its own,
should bring in enough money to pay for the return/restructuring/legal fees etc.
If they get 30 new people, that equates to 900,000. That revenue will also show up on the q and add to the revenue total. That is a very important aspect to hjoe
doing this themselves.(and will bolster the pps on return,as it adds to q revenue)
3. I actually do see more people coming aboard once this trades because of the
story and notariety it will garner. It should draw even more dealers because they will see the expanding revenue and increasing sales of 3 products.
4. Your last question is interesting. I would think the company would give them
some sort of voucher for stock once it opens, but I have no idea if they can legally
issue anything at this time.
