Can some one explain this to me? So I hear all this talk of shorts and naked shorts, which from my understanding of all this talk are phantom shares that don't exist! But yet all the longs here are still accumulating and buying these phantom shares. So in reality you really aren't buying anything. Correct? Hmmm.
