Excellent post. We've had plenty of communication

Nobody is whining. Just stating facts.
He's been in the chair for four yrs. I think he has had more than enough time to sell a single machine. He said he would use some of the recent money raised to fix and start the machine and run it. Nothing.
We have no idea where the recent funds raised went. I know for a fact that he still hasn't paid the vendor for the kilns and towers. Over four years and he still hasn't paid the vendor the approximately $175,000 the company owes. IMO, that alone speaks not only of his character, but also tells me he doesn't have the confidence in the processors ability or his ability to close a deal.
Pyrolysis plants have been permitted by many other competitors and in various states. But we are lead to believe that permitting is suddenly a big issue impeding a deal.
IMO, he has nothing but utter contempt in the companies shareholders. IMO, his goals are not even remotely close to our. But they may be aligned with the two individuals who gave him 600k last yr.
I have zero faith in Heddle. i think he wants this company to succeed, but not as a pubco.
