He is the legal rep for the company and has bills to pay. The transaction means nothing. He has well over 16 million shares remaining.
Now to address RMHB and weather this is a great investment or not.

Why in hell would Mrs Lilly Li fork over $ 3.5 million to Jerry Grisaffi for no reason?
Simple answer. She would not. This is her gateway to huge returns in her investment. With China at her door step and already established in China she can now integrate her current holdings into RMHB and has an established market for her new found companies products. The distributors are already in place. Also she now has a market in the United States for her products and with a goal to trade on the NASDAQ, This company will grow out of sight.
Thats only the tip of the iceberg. By bringing on dynamic new management that begins where Jerry Grisaffi left off the company is being set up to explode. Least we forget a current growing market in a place called the United States. There is a name for people that sell their holdings prematurely. They are called Assholes. Need I say more.
