EMAIL from Mark Kay 06-09-2016:
"Bob
I do believe sales are growing. We have many deals in the works which I said, besides Amazon and Target online, but Target in the stores set for early July, some large enterprise sales that take some months more and definitely the patent lawsuit(S) are now being developed for the ones we will be going after and it is very difficult to determine the exact time on this but we should be filing them within the next few weeks and we will probably do a pr on them if our lawyer allows. I can’t be sure and still feeling good about all the sales.
Thanks
Regards,
Mark"
EDISON, N.J., March 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK:SFOR) Financial Strategy Update- four-pronged strategy
A very important PR for everyone to read from March (NO R/S)
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/stri...108542.htm
1. The first prong is to expand on our existing litigation strategy for our patented ProtectID® Out-of-Band Authentication technology. Our Out-of-Band patent lawsuit award has proven to be a sound financial strategy.
2. Our second prong is to work closely with our distributing partners, particularly Advance Cyber Securities, Inc., as they have recently signed a $9Million agreement with us to purchase our GuardedID® & MobileTrust® technologies and patents, as well as market the products under the brand EndpointLock. StrikeForce is guaranteed the payment by Sept 30, 2020.
3. The third prong in our strategy was to launch a consumer focused marketing effort. On March 18th we launched brand new websites (http://www.strikeforcecpg.com/guardedid/ & http://www.strikeforcecpg.com/mobile-trust/ ), new logos and product videos, Facebook pages, real-time twitter updates, and a comprehensive social media campaign for both GuardedID® and MobileTrust®. Our new social media outlets will also enable us to communicate quickly to our shareholders with current public information and keep them to date. For instance, we have used social media to assure our shareholders that we have no plans on doing a reverse stock split.
4. The fourth and final prong in our strategy was to get our GuardedID & MobileTrust products into the Retail Box stores. We are pleased to announce both products are available online via http://www.target.com/ and will be on their shelves in June of this year. We are also in discussions with several other Big-Box retailers.
EDISON, N.J., June 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK:SFOR) announced today that it has partnered with Target Corp. (NYSE:TGT) to offer its patented keystroke encryption software to consumers. StrikeForce is now selling its GuardedID® anti-keylogging software for desktops and laptops in select Target stores and at www.Target.com. MobileTrust®, the company’s security bundle for mobile devices, is also available online at www.Target.com.
“We’re very excited to have our products on shelves and online at Target,” said Mark L. Kay, CEO of StrikeForce. “Keylogging hackers are a serious threat to consumers — and most people don’t even know they are exposed. This type of spyware can avoid detection by anti-virus programs and steal every keystroke you type into your computer or mobile device. We’re partnering with Target to offer an affordable way for the everyday consumer to proactively protect their personal and financial information from prying eyes.”
GuardedID®, developed for Windows- and Apple-based computers, provides military-grade encryption protection for keystrokes when the user banks, shops, emails or fills out forms online, or just browses the internet.
MobileTrust®, a security bundle for Apple and Android mobile devices and tablets, provides the same patented keyboard encryption for all mobile apps that allow third party keyboards. It also includes a password vault, a strong password creator and a two-factor authentication token.
“Everyone who uses a mobile device or tablet should be using the MobileTrust® security bundle,” said Kay. “It’s the next generation of secure mobile password management, at an affordable price.”
“Having Target carry GuardedID® and MobileTrust® brings us one step closer to meeting our retail store strategy, as stated in our March 23, 2016 ‘Financial Strategy Update’ press release,” noted Kay. “It also brings us one step closer to making the world a safer place for people to compute!”
EDISON, N.J., June 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK:SFOR) announced today that it has initiated additional patent litigation against three major competitors in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark, for infringement of United States Patent No. 8,484,698 (the ’698 Patent).
“As stated in our March 28th 2013 patent litigation release that ended successfully, StrikeForce continues to aggressively protect its patents against all infringers. Based on this strategy, we have added three sizeable companies to our litigation list of companies we are going after, with still others on the potential list,” says Mark Kay, our CEO.
The ’698 Patent, entitled “Multichannel Device Utilizing A Centralized Out-of-Band Authentication System (COBAS),” relates to several key technologies underlying a multichannel security system for granting and denying access to a host computer in response to a demand from an access-seeking individual and computer. The ’698 Patent was granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office on July 9, 2013.
There has been an increasingly sharp rise in cyber-attacks recently with many International banks being hacked. This increase in cyber-attacks and the strengthening of regulations, such as the FFIEC in the financial market and HIPAA HiTech and Electronic Protected Healthcare Information (ePHI) in the healthcare market, are prompting an exponential increase in the use of “Out-of-Band” Authentication. StrikeForce has initiated a program to protect its proprietary IP, which was invented by its current CTO based on his vast telecommunications experience. Mr. Kay stated, “In light of our having been granted the ’698 Patent, and with increased activity in various markets by enterprises, government agencies and social media, StrikeForce will aggressively continue to protect its patents. Therefore, we have filed today three lawsuits designed to protect this critical StrikeForce asset, which is definitely increasing in importance with consistently troubling news about cyber-attacks and cyber thefts. We will take whatever action is necessary to protect our intellectual property rights and maximize shareholder value.”
StrikeForce has retained Blank Rome LLP, a national law firm, to represent it in all the mentioned litigations above, including winning our first litigation. “The engagement of a law firm of such quality and reputation to pursue infringement claims under our Out-of-Band patent further strengthens our ability to protect our Intellectual Property (IP), which we worked diligently for many years to develop,” commented Kay.
July 12, 2016 Silicon Review recognizes StrikeForce Technologies as the world’s leading provider of keystroke encryption, out-of-band authentication and two-factor authentication

In its reporting this March, The Silicon Review recognized StrikeForce as the world’s leading provider of keystroke encryption, out-of-band authentication and two-factor authentication.
“We’re pleased to be recognized by The Silicon Review, said Mark L. Kay, CEO of StrikeForce. “This is more evidence of how StrikeForce’s patented technology is gaining prominence in the online security marketplace.”
The Silicon Review encompasses nine technology and vertical communities, among them software, IT services, mobile and security. The platform “shares innovative enterprise solutions developed by established solution providers and upcoming hot enterprises.” Its online community comprises diverse IT professionals, including proven subject matter experts and C-level tech leaders worldwide.
StrikeForce is the only security company on the list that offers keystroke encryption technology. The company was awarded its first of six patents in 2011. StrikeForce began selling direct to consumers in online stores and on the shelves of some stores in 2016. Its desktop and mobile security products are now sold by Amazon and other major retailers, with more retailers slated for addition in 2016.
