Quiet Period: MERGER'S Standard Procedure
Post# of 7290
HHSE is being very tight lipped on this. I, nor any of my sources, can find out any updates on this. This is very unusual for HHSE which is normally very communicative, responsive and investor-friendly.
This leads to me to only 1 conclusion. HHSE has been/is in some kind of quiet period. Most likely a requirement by FINRA/SEC or some other regulating authority.
If so, this would most likely be a good thing. Just common sense. Regulators do not want HHSE to influence investors one way or the other.
Some kind of mandatory quiet period. Standard Procedure and all normal part of the MERGER stock swap process.
A chance to get cheapies. Do some DD
