ICNB has so much fluff in their PR's its ridiculous. More states, more this, more that.. it would be better if the company simply stayed quiet, and then released the numbers all at once in august. the chart is going down because they have nothing to back it up.
..a banner? How many thousands of dollars is that going to cost? Honestly, how many times have you seen a banner flying at the beach, got up, and said, "IVE GOT TO TRY THAT!?"
