I would like to correct two inaccurate statements. I got involved in TPAC in 2010, not 2007. I have never told anyone I got involved in 2007, since that is not true. Secondly, TPAC has a factory in China. We have had a factory in China since 2011. We have been in the current factory for approximately 18 months. Neither any of our filings nor I have ever stated that we don't have a factory. While it is true that previous auditors forced us to write off all assets in China, including cash, the company has machinery, equipment and raw material with a fair market value of approximately $2 million USD. Those assets are located in China and the USA. The assets mentioned do not include the value of any intellectual property, which has been valued by AVIC at between $5-6 million USD.
