Dmbman -A person learns to crawl before they walk, and then run. These stages are the same for a company.
In your case I think everytime you tried to walk, you fell and kept crying, and didn't have a enough confidence to pull yourself up
and try again. Real women and men cry but get up, and stand tall, because they know once they walk, they can jump, run, do somersaults.
