John Pennekamp State Park is a coral reef a mile or so off the coast of Key Largo. Divers can go there and fishermen can fish, but must tie to bouys and not anchor. I went out on the glass bottom boat 20 years ago when my parents wintered in Key Largo. The video does not do the boat ride justice, at all. It felt like you were in the water. There were tons of fish, and the coral was much more colorful than the video shows.
