For the top 1% making $5,000,000 a year and up, that is a non event. For the $250,000 people, yes.That tax may help keep them out of the 1%,
On Obama care, we were told after a couple of years rates would go down because of many with pre existing conditions getting surgeries and treatments all at once right away.
