Myself, I watched the SHM a few times. I think.....And total speculation on my part for the sake of something to ponder. But I think informally they were talking with songbird. Looking at Cheryl's interview, she is partially bursting to blurt out that news. She just casually mentions it but her look says more than that. SO I think the SHM was set up with the idea they would have more progress on the Purchas, it was even delayed with that in mind, but used the premise of name change and R/S as the reason for the Special SHM. They could have done that without all the pomp and circumstance. I'm certainly glad I didn't fly our for it. If they were ready, the timing would have been right for the RS and formal name change. They were not, so we are in limbo awaiting confirmation of the acquisition. Name change...all of it is also somewhat meaningless without that. Tony has to get it done, when he does the rest of the dominos will fall in our direction....God willing!
