Former CEO Mr. Bordynuik boasted that PTOI never ran into the same issue twice. Although one entire quarter was lost because someone left feedstock in the rain and in that same year another entire quarter was lost because PTOI purchased "bad feedstock." I might be splitting hairs in suggesting that was sort of the same issue that delayed PTOI for two separate quarters.
Well, at least we now can cross off, "difficulty in obtaining zoning approvals in an undisclosed city" as an excuse. Sure that last excuse explained away an entire year...but how many more excuses can there possibly be??...and can Mr. Heddle at least publish the next dozen or so excuses he has lined up so investors know what to expect??
