On 07/31/2017, the Company had received a confirmation from OTC Markets with an extension until August 29th to cure the Bid Price Deficiency directly related to maintaining OTCQB status.
The Company had completed converting of the outstanding principal due on Note by Viva Entertainment Group ( OTTV )., . The total amount received by the Company, including a debt forgiveness from another note holder, was $622,785.51 (unaudited). This transaction has occurred after 06/30/2017, thus it will appear on Form 10K as subsequent event.
The Company had completed the first Inventory Financing Round to Viva Entertainment Group, Inc ( OTTV
