Do you really believe the daily short numbers reported to FINRA are meaningless? Why do you think the SEC has FINRA collect and publish them? Do you think a full court press would be tried to minimize the importance of that report and the numbers they contain if they were meaningless? The answer is simple, those numbers are not meaningless.
Those numbers are telling. They are indicative of a problem. If that were not the case the effort to distort their importance and eliminate their being posted would not be the big deal that it is. Abusive naked shorting is criminal as stated by the Chairman of the SEC years ago and IPIX is being abusively naked shorted and those doing it do not want investors to know what they are doing. They do not want investors to know the real shares are all long gone and they are selling "air" shares and pocketing the cash for same while placing markers in investors accounts. Our brokerage firms are willing participants and are not living up to their fiduciary duty which requires them to insure good delivery. IPIX investors are fortunate as our management is aware of these criminal acts and our science has the capacity to trump their criminal acts. Each day more and more investors are coming to realize what is going on in our markets and demanding change.
