sorry listening to FireEye's CC but to keep it *simple* .. the answer is patterns
and if one can *understand* them on the OTC which was NRs' *feeding ground*
for damn near a decade + .. one can port awareness of NRs' *patterns* elsewhere ..
the key
is understanding when NR is upside down on their *efforts* and recognizing
risk/reward .. now realize that in Nov 2009 when i first dipped my toe in P2O
for 100 shares @ approx 1.12 per .. my *knowledge* of those patterns was no
where near where it stands today .. sorry this was missed .. but i've always noted
that the documentation i do is for my own edification .. hopefully others can see
what is done too .. but again it's not just tape of trades .. it's what RT l2 *shows*
vs what is actually reported and so on
and i highly doubt this has been missed .. but since 2013 .. PTOI's *volume*
has decreased YOY .. which isn't the way it works when NR actually parts
*shares* from actual investors ..
now this may change if mgmt doesn't *update* or *file* in due course but so far
seemingly the 1000s of P2O investors have drawn their respective lines in the sand
