Oslo, 1 August 2017: On Tuesday 1 August 2017 Yara International ASA purchased 62,636 own shares in the market at an average price of NOK 317.9423 per share. The shares are purchased on behalf of and transferred to Yara executives taking part in Yara's long-term incentive program (LTIP) approved by the Yara International ASA Board of Directors. The LTIP shares are locked in for a period of three years after purchase, after which executives may keep or sell the shares at their discretion. President and CEO Svein Tore Holsether purchased 2,725 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 23,043 Yara shares. EVP Supply Chain Tove Andersen purchased 1,259 LTIP shares. Following this purchase she owns 4,294 Yara shares. EVP Industrial Yves Bonte purchased 1,959 LTIP shares. Following this purchase he owns 13,985 Yara shares.
