What is small is the PPS. Now it has 6 in front of it. I thought the terms of the "offer" were formalized? Any idea when this announcement will come out.
It is not just that people care about the price per shares, the job of management is to increase shareholder value. Shareholders have been wiped off the map and it is not bashing to wonder why.
