So today is August 1st, I am sure there are a couple of investors who thought this would not be languishing in the half penny range Some days I m one of them some days I am not. At the end of of the day I care about getting to revenue as soon as possible. That - in and of itself - is a monster achievement. That is when it breaks wide open. That is when the true empire building can begin.
Nevertheless - I do have 2 questions that are bouncing around my brain. Perhaps someone can enlighten me.
1. The down payment - how did they do this. It is a valid question in that the amount is a sizable piece of the business. To that end I just want to make sure that the steps are not going to come back and bite them. Should the method of obtaining that money be 8-kd
2. What was up with the hurry up and wait on the name change. I am going to guess that it is tied to the financials, but it would just seem weird to rally votes then not complete the process.
So theses are the only 2 question I have. I am sure they will all be answered in time. I did enjoy the shareholder message - although it was a safe rehash of the quarterly events the was little new. And that is fine. I do consider DD complete as New though
