And as best I can tell, most consultants are paid in stock instead of cash. Have they even converted them? Have they sold them if they have? Do you know? No, you don't.
Per the TA certification over 50% of all i/o are held at DTC, so I would say that's a big 10-4 on the selling of stock. Look at the increase in the float in the past 4 years by almost 900MM shares. So the "everyone is holding" theory you're trying to float falls apart when you crunch the numbers....ie scrutinize the filings.
The approximate number of record holders of our common stock at April 12, 2013 was 1,746 shareholders holding 344,982,068 certificated securities and an indeterminate number of shareholders holding 435,587,016 securities in “street name” in brokerage accounts.
The approximate number of record holders of our common stock at March 24, 2017 was 1,783 shareholders of record holding 1,008,588,821 restricted shares in certificated securities and 1,322,391,420 non restricted shares.

Being reimbursed for your own expenses required to do your job is not the same as compensation.
Yes I know that. I've explained the difference repeatedly. But you know that.
