I don't really know and haven't had enough interest in a settled case to investigate. I am more interested in a case where the company is suing Lifescan/J&J because the direction of the case is totally in their hands.
I would suggest if you are interested or even obsessed, call the company and ask. A stock message board is a bad place to get good information. I am done with that issue. I understand the place of a shareholder and it isn't to demand undeserved cash dividends.
