In my humble opinion, and sitting here at 4:15 am, I think the company will choose to uplist via the OTCMarkets program, and keep the M&A transaction on the back burner but not out of mind until the OTCMarkets offer is played out. The M&A transaction is not only expensive but it will take 9-11 months to complete the S-4 registration with the SEC. The iHub complainers will gripe about that too and make it sound like DECN is at fault that the SEC is methodical.
Uplisting for $12,500.00 ($2,500.00 application fee, and $10,000.00 listing fee) is a lot cheaper (and immediate if DECN is approved) than a merger with a non-shell shell, what with legal fees, SEC registration statement costs, stock distribution fees etc. But this is only my opinion.
I know that people on the iHub board will hate all of this because it could take away their pop-guns, so they will have to find something else to complain about -- and they will.
How did the uplisting go?
